Be A Fan is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Events cancelled by the promoter or venue will be refunded if another date or time is not rescheduled, less a 10% administration fee.

Customers are urged to contact the venue or promoter to confirm dates and times of the event.

Be A Fan reserves the right to cancel an event due to lack of interest; in this case a refund for the amount paid will be refunded.
